Jamie grew up in a small community in Casey County, Kentucky. He likes to tell people that his hometown used to have a gas station. He studied at Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Kentucky. He graduated with an undergrad degree in History and Christian Ministries. After his undergraduate work he earn a Master's in Christian Leadership, while also serving as an Assistant Chaplain at Lindsey Wilson College. In the past Jamie served as the Youth Director at Berea United Methodist Church for five years. Along with being the Love Fund Coordinator here, he also works at Richmond First United Methodist Church as the Multi-Ministry Center Director. Jamie enjoys movies and reading historical biographies. He's a big UK fan, and he also follows the Cincinnati Reds. He's a decent mini-golf player, and he loves Barq's rootbeer (which he believes will be served in Heaven).
