Burnamwood Open House
5/20

Camp Burnamwood is having an open house on May 20th.  The event starts at 11:00 am with worship and includes lunch and all of the hiking, canoeing, swimming and other camp activities that you could ever want to take part in.  The youth will be taking the church bus to the open house.  If you are interested in traveling with us, please let Joel know.  Burnamwood is asking that everyone planning to attend the open house RSVP by May 13th so that can plan to have enough food.  Check out Burnamwood's official webpage for more information on this and all of the other fun stuff they have planned for the summer months!

 

Hear Our Organ!

The organ page of our website has recently been updated to include samples of music!  These music samples are actual recordings of our organ being played by organist David K. Lamb and available on his CD "Church Street Promenade".  If you have a minute, check them out here!

 VBS
7/9-7/12

The dates and theme for this years VBS have been set!  Our theme will be Cokesbury's Operation Overboard and it will be a week of under water adventure!  VBS will come early for us this year starting on July 9th and running to July 12th.  This will be a combined effort between First Presbyterian, White Oak Pond and First Christian.  We will be looking for volunteers who are good at crafts, music, drama, decorating and working with young children.  If this seems like something you would be interested in helping out with please let Joel know.
